Adding a New Company

To add a company to your compliance tracking:

  1. Click "Add Company" from the dashboard or Companies menu

  2. Enter company information: • Legal entity name • Operating name (if different) • Federal Tax ID • Business structure • Contact information

  3. Select states where the company operates

  4. Upload existing licenses (if applicable)

  5. Click "Save Company"

Company Profile Management

Each company profile maintains:

·       All active licenses and registrations

·       CLIP (Contractual Liability Insurance Policy) information

·       Financial documentation

·       State-specific requirements tracking

·       Renewal history

·       Compliance score and status

Multi-Company Management

SC License HQ supports tracking multiple companies simultaneously. Use the company filter in the top navigation to:

·       Switch between company views

·       View consolidated compliance status

·       Generate cross-company reports

·       Manage team access by company
